I'm happy to offer my 1st home as a host, providing all the amenities I've wanted as a guest in my years of successful stays on the AirBnB platform as a guest (laptop not included). Mulberry Cabin, a rustic tiny house cabin

Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

It is nestled on 6 serene acres, among massive windswept Live Oaks dripping with Spanish moss, Palmettos, azaleas, camellia, magnolias and creape myrtle, yet so conveniently close to Shaw Air Force base, 30 mins to Columbia and Camden, close to all Sumter's attractions.

This private estate 4,355 s.f. (2,800 1st floor, 1,555 2nd floor) home was originally built around the year 1900 and features 6 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 3 downstairs) and 2.5 bathrooms (1.5 downstairs, 1 upstairs). It has 12 ft ceilings throughout, a large dining room, living room, and kitchen area, a beautiful foyer and large staircase, an office, laundry room, large porches, a fireplace, a carport, and a basketball court. You can conveniently walk on a paved walkway to the fenced pool area.

This family-friendly farm is ideal for short, extended or corporate stays. Have horses? There's a barn with 4 stalls and 7 fenced pastures for horse turnout. Separate fee.

Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

Lazy Dog Acres Mini Suite

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

Columbia Road Escape

Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed.
