The 2 acre property is located on the east side of Little Corn Island, on Cocal Beach. Our home has an open space design with fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers and screened in back porch over looking a manicured lawn with palm trees. A two person hammock is on site. Walking distance to restaurants, dive shops etc

Farm Peace & Love - Cottage en Little Corn Island

The cottage is on pilings with a front porch facing the sea. It has a full kitchen, queen size bed, living room with futon, bathroom, shower, screens on doors/windows, drinking water, fridge, 24-hour power, maid service. Max. 3 adults. There are horses, chickens, cats & dogs. If you are not an animal lover, this may not be for you. This is perfect for people who like calm & privacy, wild and unspoiled natural beauty. This is comfortable but not luxurious. We do not accept children under 12.

Newly refurbished rooms at Los Delfines hotel cater to a longer term guest with a fully equipped kitchenette. Filtered water from the faucet make it easy to reduce plastic waste. We've filled the dispensers with our own natural handmade soaps, crafted with care and creativity, for your enjoyment.

Please Note: While I love my space and have worked on it very hard. There are a couple of local bars near my property on the beach, and they can sometimes play very loud music late into the night.

We've equipped the kitchen with basic needs like salt; pepper; matches; coffee; thee; handsoap; and dishsoap/sponge.
