This house has something for everyone! Just added for 2025- whole home heating and cooling with mini splits in each bedroom. EV charger. 2-Player Arcade with 17,000 games for rainy days. We have two kayaks and a canoe which we hope to make available to every renter. We cannot guarantee their availability, but we will try our best!

Large porch for lakeside dining and relaxing along private grassy beach. Sleeps nine blissful souls. So quiet and peaceful in here, this must be what paradise is like.

Conveniently located just off I-81, and situated centrally among Syracuse, Cortland, Ithaca, and the Finger Lakes (and Wine Region). Swim, fish, or kayak right off the dock or beach.
