Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Summer is COOLER in Geneva! Located just 3 blocks from shops and restaurants in beautiful, downtown Geneva. Our space can sleep up to 4 comfortably. We offer amazing amenities like plush bed & linens, array of coffee and teas and goodies, 50" flat screen smart tv for watching movies after a day of fun in Geneva. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. It is a basement soace so ceilings are lower than average home.

Apartment is above garage in the historic district of Sycamore. Private laundry room is available to guests and free of charge. If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.

Riverside Cottage

Peaceful two bedroom cottage newly refurbished. Plenty of outdoor space, woods streams and walking trails nearby. Tucked out of the way of busy roads or city life but only a short drive to all the amenities of civilization. Keep an eye out for deer, ducks, beavers, hawks and other scenic wildlife out the back window/patio. There’s even a couple bald eagles that live nearby. Consider a longer stay to take advantage of discounts on 2, 4 or 7 night stays

Sherwood House

Enjoy the ambience of the Sherwood House, an 1884 Victorian built for Judge David Sherwood. Use of entire first floor apartment including a full kitchen is perfect for longer term stays. Original features include multiple stained glass windows, beautiful wood work, multiple decorative fireplaces and hardwood floors. Located just blocks from downtown Elgin, walk to shops, restaurants, the casino, bike trail or Metra. WiFi and off street parking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Perfect place to relax after work. This is a guest small duplex house semi-attached to the main home. We are located near the Lowes Distribution Center, the Chicago-Rockford International Airport, about 20-minute drive to the Byron Plant, and about 6-to-8-minute drive to downtown Rockford, Discovery Center, Coronado Theatre, BMO Center, and about 12 minutes away from Swedish American Hospital.

This cozy house is set in a quiet and safe neighborhood in DeKalb IL, it has plenty of sunlight, comfortable furniture, high speed internet and TV., your pet will love our big back yard!, there is a park across the street and trails at walking distance. We are five minutes away from NIU and downtown DeKalb, and also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee.

The property is 4 miles from downtown which features plenty of restaurants, shopping, antique shops. Built in 1850, the farmhouse was constructed and owned by the Clausen family until 1990. I purchased it in 2001. 5 acres with an arbor, winding walking path, fire pits, decks and a beautiful view of the country. Privacy.
