Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. The townhouse provides two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, a fenced backyard, and a spacious living room with entertainment for all ages. The townhouse is in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (1 miles) to the Hospital, city parks, convenience stores, and restaurants and minutes of drive to HP, OSU campus, Reser Stadium, Grocery store, and Corvallis Downtown. You will have the entire house, pravite parking and backyard.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.

Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
