Miniappartamento con camera, bagno, living e angolo cucina, con fantastica vista panoramica, immersa nella campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro città. Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Wir sind selber gerne super gerne hier, aber es ist uns leider nicht vergönnt, den ganzen Sommer hier zu verbringen. (Boote gg. kl.Gebühr.

Farmacia, alimentari, bar, ristoranti e chiese raggiungibili a piedi. Casa perfetta per visitare la zona sia in macchina che con i mezzi pubblici, grazie al comodo parcheggio e alla vicinanza con le fermate di treno e bus. I soggiorni, la terrazza e l'arredamento ricercato creano un ambiente di relax ideale.

The nearest free beach is within walking distance. The town center has all the necessary amenities . We are 20 minutes from Malpensa Airport, 40 minutes from Milan, and 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore. We are also 5 minutes from the cycle/pedestrian paths of Lake Varese and Lake Comabbio.
