If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property looking out at the Bere Island Lighthouse and Harbour’s Mouth. This is a very quiet and private house on a one- acre property within a 15-minute walking distance to the center of Castletownbere. Entrance is thru a private automatic gate and has a slipway to the sea. This is a beautiful area to go canoeing, fishing, and swimming. Seals can be seen from time to time as can the fishing boats going out to sea.

The village is situated at an intersection of the Kerry Way walking trail and the world famous Ring of Kerry motorists’ route. It is probably best known for its golden blue flag unspoilt Rossbeigh Beach which lies 1.5 km from the village.
