The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

This is a renovated cottage located in a lovely rural area in North Mayo, it is just a few miles outside Ballycastle town on the wild Atlantic coast. The views of the sea are spectacular and the cottage provides a space to relax in after a day sightseeing the local area (you will need a car to get around). The cottage is on a working farm but other than the sound of sheep there will be nothing to disturb the peace and quiet you will experience in this beautiful cottage.
