This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

The Hayloft at Swainstown Farm

Set in the heart of a regenerative family run farm. Enjoy fresh farm eggs for breakfast or a delicious coffee from our rustic farm shop "The Piggery" open on weekends throughout Summer. Located near the sleepy village of Kilmessan, 1.5km from Station House Hotel, 6km’s from the ancient Hill of Tara, a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

Country Haven is the perfect getaway; boasting the best of both rural countryside and proximity to nearby amenities. Private gated parking, allows you to come and go as you please. The guesthouse contains a large double bedroom, office space, bathroom, and open plan kitchen / living area downstairs. Free WiFi available during your stay. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the "Hearth" of everywhere but in the middle of nowhere. Iris Cottage is just an hour from Dublin and 15 mins from kells with holistic treatments available such as reflexology, massages or even try a seaweed bath to help you unwind. If its sightseeing then we have Loughcrew Cairns and Fore abbey on our doorstep. But if its fishing your interested in then check out Lough Lene and Lough Bane, or one of the many other lakes around us.

The openplan living space inside the cottage is enchanting with the round windows , glass bottle wall ,cob sofas and bespoke oak kitchen and a comfortable double murphy bed .Central heating .

Beautiful Studio apartment in the Boyne Valley

Welcome to our newly refurbished large self contained studio apartment. It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange. In our back garden you might meet our two dogs, alpacas, pony, and our chickens.

Comfy apartment near Dublin Airport

Relax at this quiet escape in the Irish countryside, staying a cozy apartment in our recently renovated schoolhouse, dating from 1939. Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
