This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Greystones Cottage, Long Itchington

This is our ground floor two bedroom cottage. It has it's own separate entrance and parking for up to two cars. We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

Dundrie Cottage is comfortable & homely , with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Stratford . We have a spacious kitchen / diner which also has an area to chill out and watch TV . The sitting room is comfortable & cosy with sofas a fire and a TV , a lovely place to unwind. There is a pretty garden which is private and sheltered . We have four bedrooms , one king size bed with en-suite , two doubles and one single and a second bathroom . There is parking for two cars on the drive .

Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like extra breakfast items for small additional charge, please let me know.
