Recently re-listed! We haven't been renting for a few years because we had family living there full-time. But now, we are excited to welcome you back to our cozy mountain home in the Town of Crested Butte! Our town home is in a family neighborhood yet a short walk to everything in town. We are a 5 minute walk to the nearest free shuttle stop to the ski resort, Clark's Market, & the new Center for the Arts building. Elk Avenue & all the restaurants & shops in town are a 10 min stroll away.

Spacious Modern Mountain Retreat. Amazing views!

Nestled in the heart of Crested Butte South, we are conveniently located near hiking/biking trails , fishing and skiing. It is a short walk to the bus stop that goes to downtown CB and Mt. Crested Butte. It is wonderful that the townhome is walking distance to Tully's, Camp 4 Coffee, outdoor ice rink, and the park. We have set up the home to be yours for awhile, and we are confident you'll feel right at home while you are here. This is your vacation; don't settle for anything less.
