Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Relax in a beautiful 1 bedroom converted stable cottage. Private parking. Superb routes for car enthusiasts, cyclists, walkers & equestrian fans. Secure specialist parking/storage for a classic car or bicycles. Wonderful pubs, restaurants, country houses (routes & local knowledge on hand). Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House, Langar Hall, Belvoir Castle, Long Clawson Dairy, Colston Bassett Dairy, The Martins Arms and Langar Skydive are all local. Fresh orchard apples when in season. All in grounds.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 4 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground level studio apartments in a countryside setting with secure parking. These will accommodate 2 Adults & possibly 2 small children. Each studio is open plan and includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, 2 free view TV's, kitchen area with cooking facilities, spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower as well as sofa bed. The kitchen area includes, fridge/freezer, combination microwave/oven, hob and most utensils.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Top Cottage Studio

Our Top cottage studio room is in a converted barn in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. A lovely airy cottage with exposed beams. Kitchen sink with a fridge. (No cooking facilities). Ensuite shower/toilet. Shaver point. Super king size or twin Hypnos bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. We charge £5 per night for a dog. Please include this at the time of booking.

Spacious country cottage escape in the quaint rural village of Clipston on the Wolds. Woodland walk footpath on the doorstep perfect dog walking. Once you’ve built up an appetite, nip to the farm shop next door for some locally sourced fresh produce…Or head to one of the many fantastic local pubs for a delicious meal. Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

Beautifully situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, Rosehip cottage sits amongst other period homes with a village outlook. It is only a three minute walk to the centre of Bingham with all kinds of shops, market, and public transport plus the added bonus of a brand new gym/swimming pool 15 minutes walk. Parking outside the house, is available and free although popular.
