Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

THE CLOCKHOUSE ROUGHTON

This fabulous open plan ground floor apartment is set in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. Private enclosed garden opening onto the main beautifully presented two acre garden beyond. The main garden opens for the National Garden Scheme. In 2024 the Salvia Microphylla which are dispersed around the gardens were awarded National Collection Status. Pub and shop in the village.

The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub and restaurant, and a chip shop, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions.
