MYSTAY 65m2 Stylish and Cosy 2-Room Apartment

Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim sub-district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee(lakes), the Müggelberge(hills) - surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport. It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 65 m² (maximum possible occupancy with a total booking of 4 people) with separate access. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove; oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed (180cm) and accessible cupboards, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV. WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer. Check-In is untill 21.00 (9pm). Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

Wir vermieten ein kleines Ferienhaus, dass sich in unserem Garten befindet. Es ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin, eine Badestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und ein großes Waldgebiet ebenfalls. Das Haus bietet einen Wohn-Schlaf-Bereich mit ausziehbarem Tagesbett und einer Treppe, die zum Matratzenlager führt (der Hit bei Kindern!!!). Ein Bad mit Dusche ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
