The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. 12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. May be finished in a week. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.

We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!

A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

This glass and wood elevated cabin sits beneath giant Oak trees and above mossy boulders. The small single room does not have a bathroom or kitchen. A common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away. The approximately 250 square foot cabin has Oak hard wood floors, ceiling fan, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It is well insulated and stays comfortable even in mid summer without AC.
