Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Skiing/Sleeping Bear/Fish/Casino/Crystal Mountain

Explore Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore beaches on Lake Michigan during the summer or cross country ski in winter, 10 minutes. Only 25 minutes to Crystal Mountain down hill skiing, cross country skiing, and golf. Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. Kayaks provide exercise/relaxing float. One member of guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Easy location to find as we are right on Frankfort Hwy. 3 miles from downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan, only a 8 minute walk from Crystal Lake. Enjoy bicycle riding we are less than a mile from the paved bike path/rails to trails, 15 miles from Crystal Mnt. Entering your cabin you will enjoy a new memory foam, queen-sized bed in a private studio cabin. Featuring a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and free fast wifi! Clean bed linens, towels, pots/pans, dishes/utensils provided.
