Located minutes from the Natchez Trace Parkway & a short drive to historic Rocky Springs, Jackson & Vicksburg.

The Bird Nest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil log cabin hand built by my grandfather and father from cypress trees pulled straight out of the Louisiana swamps. Escape the city & enjoy the serenity of the country life. Located 15 minutes from Monticello and 25 minutes from Brookhaven. Dollar General located 3 miles away & a country store with fuel 1.5 miles away. This fully furnished 2/1 currently has 1 full size & 1 queen size bed and 5’ shower(not a full tub). Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY!

The Cottage on College Street

The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.

The Bolton Loft 1

The Bolton Lodge is a one of a kind property. Built in 1892, it was used as a masonic lodge until its renovation in 2023. Enjoy the privacy and character of a small town with all the amenities you would expect in any modern home: full kitchen, Internet, smart TV, washer, dryer, and a walk-in shower. You will be inspired by the original decor and outdoor porch to go out and discover Jackson or rest and enjoy solitude. Also, there is a Purified Drinking Water Faucet installed in the apartment!

This cottage is located in the Garden District of Vicksburg on the grounds of the Historic Home Flowerree. It is fully equipped is everything you need, air-conditioning, heat, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.
