Balatonfüred központjában, egy csendes zsákutcában, kétszintes kertes családi házban a teljes felső szint képezi a vendégház kiadó részét. Két, nagy és egy kis szoba van. A vendégek rendelkezésére áll még a folyosó és a tágas előtér, a teakonyhával. A 12 nm területű loggiáról szép kilátás nyílik a Tamás-hegyre, és a Balaton is látszik.
