The house is in the heart of the beautiful conservation area of the village surrounded by open fields and brooks. There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford, Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
