Relax & watch the horses! Boat parking is available. Only 2 miles to boat dock. 1-mile to Cross Creeks. We’ve added a scavenger hunt to make the experience adventurous.

Downstairs, you can find designated office/perfect kids hang out bonus room with big desk and trundle bed with 2 twin size mattress. However, there is NO bathroom and NO window in the basement. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
