The Woodland Hive and Forest Spa

The Woodland Hive is a four-season geodesic glamping dome and outdoor Nordic spa located in a private getaway surrounded by forest on a hobby farm and apiary. The space has an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, chiminea and yard. Included is a forest spa experience. Soak all of your stress away in the cedar hot tub and relax in the cedar wood-fired sauna. It’s a perfect escape outside of the city, but still close to several attractions along the Fundy coast. This 4-season cottage is located on beautiful Angevine Lake between the Wentworth Valley and Wallace in beautiful Cumberland County. It has always been a special place for family and friends to relax and be in nature, so I feel fortunate to be able to share it with others in need of a break. It’s located only a short drive from the villages of either Pugwash/Wallace/Wentworth and Tatamagouche. The area offers a variety of opportunities such as hiking, golfing, skiing/biking and local markets.

The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.
