Solar lights inside and out, beefy battery for electronics. Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: stovetop, fridge, sink, water. The host will provide transport from the ferry to/from the yurt.

Tree Yurt

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND GLAMPING close to Portland. Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. We do provide water for colder months. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private :)

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Cottage on Black Brook Preserve

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.

Studio Apartment in Freeport

Relax with your family in this modern studio apartment. Kids or adventurous adults will love climbing into the twin bed nook to read a book or sleep. Have a seat at the table to play a board game, eat a home cooked meal, or devour takeout. Lay in the king bed or sit on the couch to watch a movie or just relax. We are in a private wooded area just 5 minutes from downtown Freeport.
