Mancarea servita este preparata din ingrediente proprii (paine integrala, lapte de vaca, branza maturata si proaspata, unt, oua, sunca, slanina si legume din gradina) Micul dejun este inclus, iar pentru celelalte mese este necesara o rezervare prealabila.
