Im nächsten Umkreis Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Pizzeria zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Karlsfelder See ist 1,3km entfernt und ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Ärzte und das Einkaufszentrum sind 500m entfernt. Edeka, Aldi und Lidl ca. in 700m erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man auch im Garten die tolle Lage genießen. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
