This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Take a 12 min drive to Michigan Adventure or 22 min drive to Lake Michigan. You will find the lake house cozy and everything you need during your vacation. The lake is sprayed for swimmer's itch and weed control with a 24 hour no swim rule once a season. That date is unknown as it is determined by the environmental company and out of our control.
