East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Welcome to your VT escape! Our warm, spacious home on 36 acres borders Green Mountain National Forest and features over 2,000 feet of Otter Creek frontage. With private trails leading to the creek, it is perfect for fishing, exploring, birdwatching, or simply unwinding in nature. Just minutes from Manchester and near several ski areas, enjoy local dining, shops, and year-round adventure. After skiing, hiking, or strolling through town, relax by the gas firepit and soak in the mountain views.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Fall: back to back with the National Forest excellent hiking trails for all ages. Winter: 35 minutes to Okemo,Stratton Pico, 40 min to Killington and 20 min to Bromley. Spring Summer: Minutes from the VSF, We are a 12 month vacation rental back to back with the National Forest. Great hikes on the AP/LT, swimming holes, 10 minutes to VSF, Minutes to the Manchester. Great place to relax, fire pit with wood. All pets must be pre-approved Pet fee 45.00 please include your pet

This is Vermont Tranquility! Custom-built, post & beam log cabin set within a grove of sugar maples at altitude. Spectacular mountain views, large wraparound deck and beautifully provisioned. Near skiing, hiking, shopping and year round activities. Unwind and decompress! Please note that the house is best suited for families with a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Families and responsible couples only. A 10 person maximum strictly enforced. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Our home is located in MT. Tabor, Vermont, just off of Route 7, in a country setting with beautiful Mountain views of the Green Mountain National Forest, Dorset and Danby Mountains. The house is an old barn converted into a beautiful spacious home, on 4 acres. Snowmobiling from our place, plus 4 major ski areas less than 30 miles away. Hiking, fishing, swimming, golfing, and the Equestrian horse show are all nearby. as well as shopping in nearby Manchester and Rutland Vermont.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A beautifully restored schoolhouse circa 1860 welcomes you. Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Sandsend Cottage - Lakefront Serenity

Relax with family and friends at this incredibly peaceful home on Tinmouth Pond with AMAZING views. Located in the quaint town of Tinmouth, this cottage is 4-season, so it offers all sorts of summer activities as well as the winter with FIVE ski areas less than an hour away. In the summer, we offer the use of two standup paddle-boards, two inflatable canoes, and a standard canoe for fun on the water. There is also a large fire pit to gather around.
