This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Ett modernt, välplanerat och välutrustat hus (från 2021) i två plan (38kvm) med havet utanför. Magisk utsikt genom generösa fönsterpartier i söderläge. Stor terass med tak och grill. Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Newly built, modern, well equipped 30 sqm apartment with excellent sound proofing. The large room has two single beds 80cm wide, (can be put next to each other), tv, sitting area with sofa, dining area, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine, drier and a cupboard. Towels are provided.

Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

Cottage by the sea

Unik stuga i vattenbrynet. Ljus nordisk stil med idel naturmaterial. Genom de stora fönstren ser du citypulsen på andra sidan sjön. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
