The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Houndhead Barn is located in the heart of our delightful Devon village, Broadhempston, which is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful South Devon coastline. The village is home to 2 pubs both offering great food and an award winning village shop with a wide range of local produce. The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

Pretty cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car strongly advised!

The cottage is in the charming village of Marldon, close to the seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham with their quirky shops, pubs, restaurants, and galleries. The sandy beaches of Torre Abbey Sands and Goodrington Sands are also nearby. There is parking for one car per cottage. Towels, linen, gas & electricity all included

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
