Ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.

Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
