Wariin Cottage means wombat in Dja Dja Wurrung language. The owners of the cottage have an affinity with wombats and a respect for the traditional custodians of the land, so in naming the property they chose to acknowledge both. Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)

Nestled at the end of a quiet street in town, Little Stanley is your own private and tranquil hideaway. A 1910 Federation cottage that has been beautifully extended to a 3rd bedroom and a modern kitchen and bathroom, the property has both a woodburning heater and split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Yard is not fully fenced but secure dog run is provided.
