The lake is excellent for Largemouth bass, Blue catfish, Freshwater drum, Channel catfish, Flathead catfish, Black crappie, White crappie and others. Fire pit in back yard along with grill to BBQ!

We DO have Direct TV and NOW HAVE WIFI, some cell carrier services are spotty or even NON existent. Please be prepared to "unplug" while enjoying your quiet time on the lake or around the campfire

There is also a covered back porch with seating! The patio has table with chairs and bar-b-que grill. So close to Mansfield but still feels very private.

Although there are NO Tv's in the house, we DO have free WiFi !!!
