After a fun day of exploring, craft meals in our fully equipped kitchen, and relax around the fire pit. Only a few minutes from boat docks and the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge, a short drive to Harrison bay state park & the Cherokee National forest!

This is a unique, newly built Treehouse (‘23) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg! Enjoy the peace & quiet of your private deck overlooking a small Holly grove, lush forest & seasonal creek! Fire pit w/ sitting area, outdoor kitchen & BBQ. Comfy space upstairs w/queen memory foam bed, futon loveseat, full bath, fireplace & mini kitchen. Free kayaks to use at own risk. No pets or kids under 12!

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water and the outdoors OR a romantic getaway. It is a short drive to great rock climbing at Pocket Wilderness, Hell's Kitchen, or Dogwood Boulders. Lake Chickamauga is seasonal; boats can use the dock mid April - October.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Barn Studio

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs daily! Full kitchen, grill and fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations (Dragons Tail, Cherohala Skyway) Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers for kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

Newly remodeled and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy town home located in Athens, TN. Whether you are coming here to fish, visit Wesleyan University, or enjoy beautiful East Tennessee, this home is conveniently located just off of highway 75. Boat parking available and easy self check-in to accommodate various arrival times. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar/sweeteners, laundry soap/dryer sheets and even some snacks!

This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.
