Meteora Family House

Hello dear travellers! My name is Evi and I run this airbnb house along with my parents. It is our first family home, the place I grew up in with my brother. Right in the center of the town, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. A warm & bright house, 110m², with a full view of Meteora and the mountain range of Pindos. My family and I will be happy to host you! If you want to experience a warm stay, in a space designed for family living, then this is your place. We'll be happy to host you!

Marmaraki

The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.

Peaceful cottage with incredible panoramic view

Ένα ήρεμο αγροτόσπιτο μόλις 17 χλμ. από την πόλη της Καστοριάς,σε υψόμετρο 800 μ. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 6 άτομα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά και κατοικίδια, η παρέες. Περιμετρικα υπάρχει κήπος, με υπέροχη θέα σε Γράμμο και Βίτσι. Στο κτήμα υπάρχει και μποστανάκι από το οποίο μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε λαχανικά εποχής. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Θέρμανση καλοριφέρ (πετρέλαιο). Περίφραξη γύρω από το κτήμα.

This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Μόλις 200μ από την Λίμνη, τα καραβάκια, τα καφέ-μπαρ-εστιατόρια του κοσμοπολίτικου μώλου, 100μ από την πύλη του κάστρου που οδηγεί στην παλιά πόλη των Ιωαννίνων με τα γραφικά σοκάκια και το Ιτς Καλέ. Ένας ολοκαίνουργιος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος χώρος για άνετη οικογενειακή ή επαγγελματική διαμονή.

Η Σοφίτα μας είναι 35 τμ με άνετο και φωτεινό ενιαίο χώρο. Διαθέτουμε ένα διπλό κρεββάτι με στρώμα coco mat και ένα καναπέ με ανώστρωμα όπου άνετα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ένα ακόμη άτομο Είναι αρκετά άνετο για τρία άτομα. Έχει ένα μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα-πλυντήριο ρούχων) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα καθώς και καφετιέρα . Διαθέτει ένα μικρο αλλά άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δασάκι της περιοχής .

Υπέροχη μονοκατοικία 50 τ.μ σε φανταστικό κτήμα 2 στρεμμάτων. Σε μικρή απόσταση από το μαρτυρικό χωριό "Λιγκίαδες" , με απίστευτη θέα στην λίμνη και στο Κανάλι θαλάσσιου σκι, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση με 50 τ.μ βεράντα. Χρώματα και αρώματα φύσης, σε έναν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο, που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 άτομα, αλλά και να τους κάνει να το ονειρεύονται, όταν γυρίσουν σπίτι τους.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
