The village located at Mount Ipsárion. The nearby seaside village Skala Maries is about 10km away. The first floor of the house forms from the kitchen, the living room, the office, the front yard and the WC. The second floor has four bedrooms, the second WC, strorage room and a porch with great view. Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

Traditional Stone House in a great Garden

Wonderfull traditional stone residence built in 1860 in two levels, ground floor and upper floor and surrounded by a big courtyard of 620 m². The house was renovated and rebuilt with the traditional construction materials and manufacturing techniques of the 19th century. Situated on the edge of the village and on a downhill my home is on the two main roads and very easy to access by car. On the upper floor, we enjoy spend time in our terrace with a magnificent view of the mountain.

Nikiti is located on Chalkidiki in the municipal of Sithonia. From the airport Thessaloniki you need round about 1 hour with car to Nikiti. The main Road divides Nikiti into two parts. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
