Se recuerda que existe en las Islas Baleares una tasa turística de 2€/dia por persona major de 14 años a abonar a su llegada. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

We offer you our wonderful house located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, surrounded by impressive mountains and nature. The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes.
