This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

The apartment is 40 square meters it has 3 spaces, one is the living room and kitchen, in the middle is the bathroom and in the west is the room. The access is by stairs is located on the rooftop level. At the same level you can find the rooftop in the case you want to take a breath or just go outside. The apartment is cool and it could ventilate quick if you open the windows on the north and the aisle window. The apartment orientation is facing the north and since is the last floor is quiet.

Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público. Esta como se ve en las fotos.

Departamento de 47 metros cuadrados con espacios muy bien aprovechados, confortable para un buen descanso o poder trabajar en un lugar silencioso. Valet Parking las 24 horas, seguridad, todo cerca, bancos, avenidas principales, supermercados, Wtc, plazas comerciales, restaurantes. Super tranquilo. El departamento queda en segundo piso no cuenta con elevador, las escaleras son amplias y cómodas. Vista al interior del edificio sin vista a calle. No cuenta con Aire acondicionado.
