Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. Do you enjoy the birds chirping? The sound of running water? Access to an 12 acre property for walking in nature and just an all around peaceful experience join us at our guest house between the creeks! We do have an in-ground pool you are welcome to use, it is a shared space with our family so we may be in it but you are always welcome to take a dip even if we aren’t around! If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.

This enchanting carriage house is tucked away a mere five minute drive from the Beaverkill River and about 10 minutes from the hub of the town of Roscoe. Guests have access to the upper dwelling of the carriage house that shares acreage with the main house. Guests can walk the land and explore nature. There is a garden with seating nearby, a pond, a stream running through the property, and a fire pit that guests can enjoy. Perfect get-away spot for a couple that wants to explore the area.
