The kitchen is outfitted with dishware and utensils, pots and pans, dish soap and towels, table and chairs, coffee maker, coffee & tea, microwave, stove, and a refrigerator. The aspen log bed & unique lighting provide a relaxing ambiance. A 40 inch flat screen TV adorns the sitting area. The creative touches continue with the accessories in the full bathroom with tile shower accented with glass tiles.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
