TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. Come visit the farm! We live on our 1937 family farm on 6.5 acres with our chickens and horses, Cosmo and Cricket. Guest love our country setting, great views and a fun place to visit even though we are in town. The many song birds make the sounds enjoyable as you sit on the front porch. Gentle breezes, trees, lots of fresh air and sunshine, a pond for catch and release fishing, and the Northeast Texas Trail for biking and hiking is just outside of our gate.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

Sit on the quaint porch and enjoy getting away from home. The Delmade Inn (named after our mothers - Delma and Madelyn) is a tiny house that has all you need for an enjoyable visit. All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

East Texas sunsets await you on the beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin. his house is truly perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, a fun family retreat, or a weekend fishing on the lake. The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
