Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

A beautiful homes. This is a 4 bd, 4 bath historic home in one of the most beautiful, one of a kind neighborhoods. Unfortunately not for events, or parties larger than 8 people. Woodbridge is in Midtown, and a mile from Detroit's finest sights, art, and stadiums. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!

Enjoy staying in a diverse neighborhood, where the textures of art, music, industry, foodie culture, and history all converge. The former attic of this historic home has been transformed into an apartment with a mid-century modern vibe and Detroit soul music memorabilia. The building is one block from the Q-Line (light rail) and two blocks from many great restaurants. Secure parking in the gated lot. Contactless self-check-in (no keys). Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

This wonderful 1 bedroom unit is located just minutes from Wayne State University and all the amazing events, activities, restaurants and bars that the City of Detroit has to offer! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.
