This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Launch your boat from the public boat ramp directly across the street and explore the inland waterways of Indian River, Burt Lake, Mullet Lake. We’re just a half-hour drive from Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and enchanting Mackinac Island.

Beautiful cabin located at Reed's on the River Resort on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Built in the 1940's. Remodeled in 2024. Private bedroom w/full bath, second bathroom, kitchen, & stone fireplace. Second queen size bed full size futon round out the living room space. The cabin The Sturgeon River is well known tubing, kayaking and fishing . We will be available for any needs. We are very pet friendly but a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250

Main floor has full size, modern appliances & dishwasher in our eat in kitchen. Full size washer and dryer for your use. Inviting living room for family time. Full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The roomy master bedroom has a queen size bed, and closet space. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bath. Outdoor free parking has room for three vehicles or two vehicles and a trailer. Enjoy summer days or wintry splendor. We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
