Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Stones Throw Cottage says it all. 250 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the town, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing. The cottage in a great location.
