Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Peaceful garden, butterflies & birds

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our brand new 1 bed cabin offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Nestled at the back of our property with independent access, enjoy a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. Fully insulated for year-round comfort, Wi-Fi and storage. Just a 4-minute stroll to Narrow Neck beach, and we’re conveniently close to public transport, a great bakery and takeaways, Devonport village and The Officers Mess.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Stanleigh Cottage

A separate cottage, on a back section surrounded by trees and bird song. Off street parking for one car. Recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Outdoor dining area with barbque. Off street parking for one car. 5 minutes by car, a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride into Devonport where you can catch the ferry into the city. A five minute walk to Stanley Bay beach or even less to a public park. A slice of paradise away from the maddening crowds.

Studio by the beach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Set in a garden with private access behind the family home. A short 4 minute walk to stunning Narrow Neck Beach and 8-10 minutes walk from the Officers Mess function room. Take advantage of the shared pool. Great bus routes are at the end of the road to get to Takapuna or Devonport. This sunny, cosy, clean studio has all you need with basic cooking facilities, (no kitchen sink) shower, basin, wifi and TV.

Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Kitchenette equiped with microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge and small hob.

Studio 16 Devonport

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Private Cottage Devonport

Enjoy privacy in cozy Devonport. 1 bedrooom, with a kitchen/lounge space. A fenced deck area allows for a lovely private indoor/outdoor flow through French doors. Central Devonport is an easy walk with many cafes and a beautiful waterfront walk. restaurants. The ferry gives you very easy access to the city or islands. Longer bookings may need washing done, l am happy to oblige. Free parking on the street

Historic Haven Devonport

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit in the heart of Devonport village. A short walk to the end of the street leads to the waterfront, beaches and the ferry terminal while bars, cafes and all of the village amenities are found one street away. Built in 1870 this property retains many period features, while also having been recently renovated to a high standard.
