A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

Private, self contained studio in a quiet but central part of Devonport. Facing north with a sliding door opening onto a private outdoor seating area. Also allowing the sun to warm the polished concrete floors of the studio . A comfy queen bed will provide guests with a good nights sleep.
