Phillips Farm is a 2 story farm house seated in the middle of 25+ acres of beautiful green land; flanked by cows, a pond, and a convenient paved FM roadway. The house has 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths; one is handicap equipped; fully equipped kitchen with utensils for all your culinary needs; a small two seater bar. The outside covered pavilion is 55x60 feet, a perfect place for your outsides activities rain or shine. Play ping-pong or watch a 65 in. TV. or play a game of pool. Come soon and enjoy!

Unique and tranquil getaway. We have all the amenities you will need for a great stay. A stylish little cabin in the country with access to walking trails, a pool, and a hot tub($) at the main house. We have farm animals and we run an animal rescue that can have up to 32 dogs. They stay in a fenced-in yard where the pool is located and love to swim with guests! We have added Starlink internet to the cabin as well as a smart TV to greatly enhance your entertainment options during your stay.

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.
