Beautiful lake house on Silver Lake. Located in Lake Park Iowa, with a lake view to the east and a golf course the west. Quiet family friendly neighborhood with boating, skiing, jet skiing, fishing and golfing. First floor has two bedrooms with king bed, bathroom, kitchen, family room, living room, laundry and gas fireplace. Top floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a single bed and one large bathroom. Indoor gas fireplace, fire pit, gas grill and deck.

The first floor is accessed by outside stairs into a massive porch. Perfect place to hang out and watch the deer. A set of stairs inside takes you to the second bedroom upstairs. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
