Splendid app near grand place !

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, you have the apartment completely at your disposal. The bedroom has a double door that separates it from the living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 people. If you book for only 2 people and do not share the bed in the bedroom, you must report this during your reservation. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities to use during your stay. There is also a small terrace in the apartment, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside! There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet at the entrance of the apartment.

You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Enjoy lovely accommodations at home as well as easy access to a number of tram, bus, and metro services to connect you with the rest of Brussels.

Located in a quiet street on the 4th/5th floor, this charming flat is fully equipped. Entrance hall, separate toilet, shower room, fitted kitchen and living area. The sofa converts to a double bed with two comfortable mattresses. A carrefour market, pharmacy, launderette and bus stop are all within a 5-minute walk. The city centre is 20 min away by public transport. 10% of the overnight stay is allocated to furniture.

Fully equipped studio located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, trams, buses, and metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
