Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Lovely cosy place to stay with a four poster bed, this very comfortable two bedroom mews can sleep 5 (it has a double sofa bed in the lounge). 2 parking spaces. Literally next to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and very close to Cannon Hall Farm- the Channel 5 show. Close by the M1, offering quick and easy access to every part of Yorkshire Well behaved dogs welcome. Extensive countryside walking from your front door. EV charging available. PLEASE NOTE: the access is by a flight of stairs.

Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.

Huthwaite Grange was built for the owner of the internationally important Wortley Top Forge which stands opposite. The Grade 1 Listed Top Forge dates back to the seventeenth century and is the world’s oldest surviving water powered iron forge. The house is a great place to get together with friends and family. We can often accommodate early and late checkout so please do ask about that when you make your enquiry.
