Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Pretty mini house, silent and quiet, hosting maximum 2 persons (no sofa-bed!!). Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking.

Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravagante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Na voljo je brezplačno parkirišče in velik travnik pred apartmajem. Apartma ima lasten vhod in mini fitnes. Ob prihodu vas bo pričakala "Košarica dobrodošlice" z lokalnimi dobrotami. Skate park in športno igrišče se nahajata v neposredni bližini. Gostom nudimo brezplačno izposojo koles. Lokacija nudi odlično izhodišče za izlete.

Modern 2-bed apartment in the center

Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Počitniška hiša Katrca, na vasi, obdana z zelenjem

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Studio apartma Kremenca

At the end of the street in Postojna is a unique apartment with a hint of yellow, modernly equipped with everything you need for a trip. Inside you will find a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a sofa bed (80x190 cm), suitable for a teenager or child. There is a seating area outside with a view of Postojna and Sovič.

Il b&b Villa Moore si trova in una bella casa ottocentesca. Immerso in un giardino dai grandi alberi centenari, è un luogo ricco di fascino e di storia. Arrampicato sul colle di S.Vito, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, è distante soli 10 minuti a piedi tanto dalla centralissima piazza Unità, quanto dal Castello di S.Giusto.
