We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. High ceiling and art stay

This lovely apartment (64m2) is warm and bright with a stylish vintage design, high ceiling and big artworks by photo artist Peter Burgstaller. My place is great for couples, families and business travellers, it offers plenty of space, a kingsize bed, a brand new kitchen. The flat is located in the 2nd district, which is very well-connected to the first district. At the moment the staircase is currently being renovated. I want to apologize for this inconvenience.The apartment is not effected.

Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
